  • Woks: Optimized for Asian cuisine with high sides and ideal for quick cooking.

Available in various sizes:

  • Pans: Ø 20 cm, Ø 26 cm, Ø 30 cm
  • Woks: Ø 36 cm, Ø 40 cm
  1. Materials and Technical Specifications
  • Carbon Steel (C100):
    • Excellent thermal conductivity for precise cooking.
    • Designed for high temperatures without warping.
  • Handles:
    • Cherry wood for traditional pans (heat-resistant, ergonomic).
    • Metal handles for woks (high-temperature resistant).
  • Weight:
    • Pans: Between 1 kg and 2 kg, depending on size.
    • Woks: Lightweight, for easy handling despite larger dimensions.
  1. Areas of Application and Intended Use
  • Pans:
    • Ideal for gas, electric, and grill stoves; partially induction-compatible.
    • Perfect for searing, slow braising, and baking.
  • Woks:
    • Designed for gas stoves, ideal for stir-frying, soups, and deep-frying.
    • Not suitable for induction and ceramic hobs.
  1. Instructions for Use

First Use:

  1. Clean the pan/wok with warm water.
  2. Apply a thin layer of heat-resistant oil.
  3. Season the pan/wok over medium heat until a natural protective layer forms.

During Cooking:

  • Always use a small amount of oil or fat to prevent food from sticking.
  • For woks: Cook at high temperatures in small portions for best results.

After Use:

  1. Allow to cool.
  2. Clean with warm water and a soft brush (do not use dish soap).
  3. Dry and rub with a thin layer of oil.

  • Cleaning:
    • Never wash the products in a dishwasher.
    • Do not use abrasive sponges, as they can damage the patina.
  • Storage:
    • Store pans and woks in a dry, ventilated area.
    • When stacking, use a cloth or divider to prevent scratches.

  • Wear protective gloves or use pot holders when cooking, as handles can get hot.
  • Do not overheat pans or woks, especially when empty.
  • Avoid contact of hot products with cold water to prevent material damage from temperature shock.
