Sending in knives – easy and secure
Send us your knife well-packaged, whether it's Fyreza or another brand. Carbon steel, Damascus, or stainless: We sharpen every blade that can be hand-ground. A photo via the form is enough for a non-binding offer.
Hand-ground in our smithy
Your blade is manually reground and honed on the whetstone – no machine grinding that overheats the steel and destroys its hardness. The cutting geometry is preserved, and the sharpness returns as if new.
Back with you – razor sharp
We'll send your knife back to you cleaned and sharpened, with a lightly oiled blade upon request. At trade fairs and BBQ events (Fyreza on Tour), we also sharpen knives directly on site – come by and watch us work.
