The Fyreza Wok Ladle is a hand-forged steel ladle with a plum wood handle: 60 cm long, spoon surface 10 × 7 cm, approx. 250 g. For woks, planchas, grills, and kettles.

If you're cooking over a fire, you're standing too close if the ladle is too short. 60 cm is enough to stir in a Wok 55 Pro on a plancha without holding your hand over the heat. The steel can withstand any temperature, while the plum wood handle stays cool and fits securely in your hand.
The spoon surface of 10 × 7 cm is large enough for flipping, portioning, and serving, and narrow enough to go along the edge of the wok.

Can I use it directly over embers?
Yes, that's what it's designed for. The steel can get hot, but the wooden handle should not be kept in the flame permanently.
How do I care for the spoon?
Wash by hand with warm water, dry it, and occasionally lightly oil the steel. Do not put it in the dishwasher to prevent the wood from cracking.
