Our hand-forged knives, made in Europe, combine 700 years of tradition with the highest quality and sustainability. Every knife comes with a free 25 ml bottle of BALLISTOL universal care oil.

From Santoku, Nakiri and Kiritsuke to classic chef's knives, bread knives and hunting sets: every blade is forged from carbon steel (C100, C125S), Böhler N690 or Sandvik steel and sharpened by hand. We craft the handles from walnut, maple or padauk – every knife is one of a kind, with its own unique grain. If the blade ever goes dull, our sharpening service takes care of it, and our care guide shows you how to look after your knife properly.
